Ukweli keeps Integrity Watch — a public register of documents that were corrected, withdrawn, refunded or sanctioned because someone found citations, sources or quotes in them that turn out not to exist.
A folio is a monthly read off that register. Each one is dated, and its figures are frozen at the day it was published, with a copy of the dataset kept beside it so every number stays checkable after the live register has moved on.
It was not. The framework it was built on is still on the department’s website, saying the country aims to overcome equality — and not one of its twelve references is cited anywhere in its text.
